Volunteer Spotlight
Our life-changing retreats wouldn’t be possible without our fiercely devoted team of volunteers. We appreciate all that you do and contribute!

Meet…
Chris Lorenz
Chris Lorenz epitomizes the transformative power of self-acceptance. Driven by a desire to help others embrace their innate personal power, Chris challenges societal norms, especially those placed upon men. Through his volunteer work, he is on a mission to show that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness; that shedding societal expectations can lead to true freedom and power.
Chris’s journey of self-discovery has led him to a profound realization: that he is, and always has been, amazing simply by existing. Rejecting external pressures to fit a predefined mold, Chris stands tall as a beacon of hope, embodying authenticity and love. As a dedicated father, a loving partner, and an inspiring figure in our community, Chris Lorenz challenges us all to recognize our inherent worth, to shed the weight of external expectations, and to embrace the unique individuals we were born to be.
Why Do You Volunteer?
To help people feel their personal power and tap into what they were born with, more specifically, to show men that its ok to be vulnerable, that its ok to cry. You don’t have to conform to the beliefs society bestowed upon you. You can be whoever you want to be and feel the power and freedom that comes along with that.
What Have You Learned?
I have learned that I am amazing by just existing. I can be vulnerable with the people around me without worrying about their judgements or views of me, whatever they think is none of my business, I don’t have to take ownership of it. I am not the person my dad wanted me to be, I am not the person my mom expected me to be, I am not the person that society tried to fit into a box, I am Chris Lorenz, a beautiful man, a wonderful dad, a loving partner, a beacon of hope for all those around me, I became awesome when I was born into this world, I am amazing just by existing.

Becoming a volunteer is easy! Once you’ve attending a P3 course, you’re welcome to register to assist any of our future life-changing retreats. But register early – space is limited, even for volunteer spots.
Even after attending any of our other courses, you’ll still need to attend a P3 course before returning as an assistant. There’s simply no way to prepare you for the role otherwise.

We understand that time is a precious commodity in our busy lives. If you can’t attend our transformational retreats or emotional healing workshops as a volunteer, you can still make a significant impact. Every year, our teen camp, Camp Lionheart, welcomes teens in Florida, providing a safe space to foster community, develop leadership, cultivate compassion, and have an unforgettable experience. We strive to keep the cost of our teen leadership camp affordable for all families, and this effort is made possible by the Love Your Life Foundation. By supporting them, you’re directly supporting Camp Lionheart’s mission to serve as one of the premier therapeutic summer camps for teens. They’ll even allow you to earmark your donation specifically for the camp, ensuring that your contribution goes directly to empowering the next generation.
Volunteers are the heartbeat of The Limitless Institute, playing an essential role in our emotional healing retreats and transformational experiences in Florida, and everywhere we go. When you commit to volunteer with us, it’s more than just a casual promise; it’s a vital contribution to a legacy of positive impact and personal growth. We take this commitment to serve at our intensive therapy retreats and workshops very seriously, and we expect our volunteers to share our dedication. We ask that you approach your role with responsibility, passion, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Your time, energy, and passion fuel our mission, creating lasting change in our community.
