Membership Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that life circumstances and priorities can change. Our goal is to create policies that are clear, fair, and sustainable for both our members and our community.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time.

Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Because membership includes immediate access to digital resources, courses, workshops, community spaces, and live programming, monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing is reserved for active members who maintain an uninterrupted subscription.

If a Founding Membership is canceled or lapses for any reason, rejoining may require enrollment at the current standard membership rate.

Live Calls, Workshops & Community Spaces

Membership includes access to live calls, workshops, community discussions, replay archives, and digital course materials. Availability and scheduling of live sessions may occasionally change based on facilitator availability, holidays, or evolving programming needs.

No refunds or partial credits will be issued for missed live sessions or periods of reduced participation.

Transaction Fees

All transactions, including purchases and any approved refunds, are subject to third-party payment processing fees paid by The Limitless Institute to external payment providers.

If a refund is issued, transaction fees incurred during the original purchase and refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount, as these fees are non-recoverable.

If you want to cancel your booking, or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible depending on the type of your booking and timing of your request and any cancellation is at our discretion.

This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where cancellation is acceptable, how much it costs to cancel your booking, varies depending on how much time there is before the event.

Our standard cancellation charges cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your space.

Please ask for details of cancellation charges when you book and check your insurance policy to see if you’d be covered for the cost of any cancellation charges.

Cancellation Fees

Free Cancellation within 14 days of booking (for events >90 days out) – minus third-party transaction fees.

90 days or more before event: we will retain a $50 administration fee, or transfer your fees to another event.

60 days or more before event: we will retain 25% of total booking price, or transfer your fees to another event.

30 days or more before event: we will retain 50% of total booking price, or transfer your fees to another event.

Less than 30 days before event: we retain 100% of total booking price, or transfer your fees to another event.

We understand that emergencies still occur, and therefore offer the following cancellation alternatives for emergency situations:

At any time, your booking is transferable to another person/persons who meet the requirements of the course, with written email notification at least 48 hours before the event. 

A one-time transfer of your paid fees to another scheduled event, pending availability, is also permitted, with written email notification at least 24 hours before the event.

Transaction Fees

All transactions, including purchases and refunds, are subject to transaction fees that are paid by The Limitless Institute to our payment processing partners. These fees are a standard part of conducting business online and are non-refundable.

Should you need to request a refund for any reason, please be aware that any refund will be issued minus the transaction fees incurred during the original purchase and the refund process. Unfortunately, as these fees are paid to external payment processors, we are unable to recover or waive them.
